Our Firm
OMOTE ADVISORY — Expert consulting firm in ALM & Finance, Risk & Data Management, Transformation & Audit.
The conviction that founded us
Financial risk consulting carries an original contradiction: it sells judgment, yet the industry has learned to dilute that judgment in process.
OMOTE Advisory was founded on a refusal of that dilution.
When we support a financial institution on its prudential projects, its modeling, or its balance-sheet steering, one simple observation guides the way we work: above a certain level of stakes, expertise cannot be delegated, cannot be artificially standardized, and cannot be replaced by a procedure.
We built the firm to make this principle the rule, not the exception.

What we do
OMOTE Advisory supports banks, insurers and financial institutions — in France and internationally — on what genuinely shapes their balance sheet and their prudential position.
Our engagements are built around seven interconnected areas of expertise, with ALM and risk management at their core. Whatever the terrain — modeling, compliance, transformation, data, validation — the objective remains the same: to equip the institution with expertise it can absorb, ultimately master, and that lastingly transforms the way it manages its risks.
To our mind, this is what distinguishes an engagement merely endured from one that creates lasting change.

Excellence — seniority as the standard, not an option

Agility — frequent deliverables rather than episodic disruptions

Commitment — deploying the right people on the right topics

Our culture
OMOTE is a firm where you learn by working — not through separate training tracks. Our consultants come from a range of backgrounds: mathematics, quantitative finance, engineering, econometrics, prudential law. That diversity isn't a generic HR talking point. It's a precondition: the problems we handle have to be tackled from several angles at once, and no single discipline is enough on its own.
Internal knowledge transfer is an explicit priority. A firm that does not invest in the expertise of its teams loses them — and loses with them what it had promised its clients. We give the same care to continuous training, mentoring, and rotation across topics as we do to the engagements themselves.
That's also why our teams contribute actively to the development of RIALTO KERNEL — the firm's analytical platform. Working on RIALTO means continuing to learn financial engineering by codifying it.
RIALTO KERNEL — when expertise becomes industrial
Part of our discipline, we have codified into technology.
RIALTO KERNEL is the analytical platform we have built — for our clients and for our own teams — to industrialize the most demanding risk, ALM and reporting processes. Modular, interoperable, and augmented by artificial intelligence, it is our professional commitment made operational.
For the institutions we equip, RIALTO opens the way to analytical sovereignty: an environment they understand in depth, can evolve themselves, and fully control. Not another vendor dependency — a system designed to amplify in-house expertise, not to replace it.
